How we help · Home valuation
Find out what your home could be worth.
An indicative valuation is a starting point, not an asking price. What your home actually transacts at depends on the unit, the condition, the competing listings and the buyers in the market at the time.
Why we do it this way
- An automated estimate cannot see your home. It does not know the renovation, the facing, the noise, or that the unit two floors down sold low because the seller was in a hurry.
- We look at what is actually competing with you. Recent transactions in your block or project, the listings a buyer would consider instead, and what buyers have been responding to.
- You get a range and the reasoning behind it. Then, if it is useful, what is left after the outstanding loan and CPF refund, and what that supports on the next purchase.

What it means for your next move
What is left after the outstanding loan and CPF refund, what that supports on the next purchase, and whether the timing works. That conversation is the useful one.
